Ive never had such terrible customer service They told me they couldnt do anything because I didnt have the right software and then after I bought it they charged me for something that wasnt even in the software Terrible experience overall.

Predictive HR is terrible. They never send me a email about my rights and I have to contact them through their phone number. Im always promised something will come back to me but it doesnt. Ive also had to call them out on social media and they refuse to answer their phone. Overall its been a huge experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Predictive HR is terrible. I have been using it for over a year now and have to say that it has been a great resource for me. However I have had some terrible experiences with them which have made me not recommend them to anyone. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
