The service is terrible. I have had to contact customer service multiple times because my computer is not working and they just keep telling me to call back later. The support staff is really unhelpful and RUDE. Do not use this company if you are looking for any kind of help with your IT problems.

I just opened this email and its terrible. Im not sure what the problem is but preemo.com is absolutely terrible. Theyre supposed to be doing things to make their customers more happy but they just act like people are talking about them in a negative way.Ive been using preemo.com for about four years now and I have never had a problem with my account or my service. But if you do have a problem with something on preemo.com then I suggest you try some other options because they dont seem to be very good at all.
