of a Better LifeIve had a negative experience with this company. The first time I made an order they sent me an email that said my order was canceled because my bank account was closed. I didnt receive the order and no one from preogen.com answered their phone. The second time I placed an order and when it arrived there were no files or folders included in the package- only pictures of what looked like unfinished software applications. Needless to say I cancelled my order and will never use this company again.

of a Better LifeI have been using Preogen IT Solutions for about two weeks now and I am very unhappy with the service. The first problem was that they did not send me my invoices in a timely manner. After waiting three days I called them and they said that they would email me the invoices when they received them from their vendor. However no one has ever sent me an email about this issue. Additionally the prices are ridiculously high compared to other companies in the same business. Overall I do not recommend this company because their prices are too expensive and their services are terrible.

of a Better FutureI am not a satisfied customer of this company. I have had negative experiences with previous companies that preogen has partnered with so I was not looking forward to my experience with them either. However the worse part is that it wasnt even close. The representatives from preogen were very unprofessional and although they tried to be helpful their entire attitude made me very unhappy. In addition their prices are much too high for what you get. Overall do not bother using this company if you want a bad experience.

of Good BusinessesI have had two stories of bad customer service at company preogen.com. I am not sure if it is the customer service or the business model but they have made me very unhappy. I am not a huge online presence and do not want to go through theICU so I give my two cents worth.-The company is in the business of Preogen IT Soluions - However they provide no real value other than pre-verified services which often result in their customers being taken for granted -Customer service is unhelpful and unprofessional -Business model is uncooperative with what they actually provide -Their end results are often times terrible making it difficult to anything more than just getting by.

of SuccessI have had the opportunity to use pregen.com in the past and have found them to be an excellent online resource for PreGen IT solutions. However I have now discovered their hidden agenda - they are not so great just because of that. I have sent them death messages and they have response back that is always polite but fierce. They want you to feel bad for using their software but also want you to be successful. Make sure you dont get caught up in their advertising campaigns and instead continue to look for better sources of information.
