and DataI have never had such terrible service from a company before. The customer service representative gave me the run around and said I needed to contact my workplace because they received a call from their IT department asking about my internet usage. She also told me that if I did not want to pay for her to send someone out to check it out she would be happy to do so herself Needless to say this didnt work out and now Im waiting on my bill for four months already and there is still no resolution on what happened.
