I have never had such terrible service from a company. I was NEVER told my order would be delivered until AFTER it shipped and then they charged me for the shipping The whole process was extremely shady and not what I expected at all. Do not recommend this company at all

Ive been a customer of this company for over 5 years and have had nothing but negative experiences. First and foremost the people who run this company are crooks. They will not do anything to help you unless you ask for it. They will also lie to you about things in order to get what they want from you. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the fact that their prices are good compared to other companies.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and the website is very misleading. I was told my order would arrive in a few days but it never did. I also ordered a couch from them and it came almost two weeks after I ordered it.

They are always quick to start a sale but then never able to keep it. Their customer service is always unprofessional and sometimes its when theyre trying to serve customers in the best way possible.
