TechI would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and the products are quite outdated. I have had to go through multiple rounds of customer service because their website keeps crashing and its just really frustrating. Plus the prices for what you get are pretty high.

I am not a big fan of this company. I have bought and sold many home items through them and the quality has always been terrible. The latest purchase was a TV that had to be returned because it just wouldnt work. The customer service was very unhelpful and did not seem to care about their customers satisfaction.

PrimeVision, Review Specifics:
I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I called to cancel my order and they told me that if I didnt receive the product by September 30th I would be charged for it. I spoke to a supervisor and she said that was not possible because the product was already ordered and shipped. She then told me that she would charge my credit card until I received the product. This company is an Absolute joke and I will never do business with them again.

TechnologyI have had Primevision for 2 years and have never been so disappointed. The software is terrible.We have a home security system and the software used to operate it for that time was very helpful then and is now but primevision is a far cry from either of those things. I will not be using their software again.

I just bought a used TV and started using it yesterday. The first thing I did was change the input lag from 16 to 13 so that my old TV would work again. The second was to change the color back to blue. Im not sure what the problem is but I thought I might as well take care of it right away. Ill try to answer all your questions in a future article.Why did you change the input Lag on your old TVTo fix an issue with your old TV Change Color etc
