If youre looking for a software company in New York City with the best technology Princeton IT Services is your go-to choice. They have some of the most advanced software around and their customer service is top-notch. However I had a really negative experience with them. First of all they dont seem to understand what it means to offer quality service. Their website says that they provide ict services that help businesses run their business better but their services actually only make it harder for companies to keep up with the competition. Second of all they charge an excessive amount of money for their services - even compared to other software companies in town. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company if you need good technology at low prices - instead look elsewhere

is terrible.I just got my first job at a software company in New York City and I can tell you that Princeton IT Services is nothing but a party game. The people who work here are amazing but they get so many emailed requests for hours and hours on end so its not like they have any problem keeping the business running. The service itself is terrible- Ive had to send an email over again and again until its finally gone through. The user interface is also kind of frustrating because its always hard to make changes without getting feedback. Overall I would give them a D when it comes to the quality of their services and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
