I ordered a printer part from this company and it was the worst experience of my life. The part wasnt even in stock so I had to wait forever for it to come in. Then when it finally did the part was defective. I had to send it back and they said they would only issue a refund if I sent my broken printer back with all its parts. Needless to say that didnt go well either.

I just bought a new printer and it was so easy to get it delivered and up and running. I then learned that I had to purchase the extra components interfaces printers etc. since we were only getting the printer free of charge. But lets be honest most people dont even know how to set up a printer or use our website. So much for small businesses like us.Were now into the first week of September and still using this company as our Printerparts-Exchange.com platform. Weve beenipped many times over 1000 worth of parts in the past year. And weve never had to call a customer service representative until now.Were not happy with this situation one bit. Weve been using Printerparts-Exchange for years and have always been dealt accurately fair prices quick delivery and excellent support systems. However this past month we have been dealing with some different issues.

I just bought a new printer and it was so easy to get it set up. Im not a huge printing person but my family is so big Becks customer service made sure my thing worked good and got me a great deal.Ive had some trouble with my old one getting out of the box and creating problems. I found your site after looking for a while that there were people writing bad reviews about company printersparts-exchange.com. So I took the link to bad review and wrote an email to them asking for a replacement because my old one was starting to look different until I looked at it again and it said It works with Windows 10 Even though it didnt in fact work with Windows 10.
