This company is terrible. I have never had such a negative experience with any software company in my life. They claim to be in the business of Hospital RiskQuality Performance Improvement Software but what they actually do is sell you their own version of that same software which is even worse than the one you are already using. If you want to improve your hospitals risk quality performance this is the wrong company for you.

Pristacorp.com is a waste of time and money. I have been using this company for about 4 years now and have to say that the quality of their software has not improved singlehandedly as much as I was hoping they would. Instead it seems like they try and do too much and make themselves more important by doing things completely different than what is needed or wanted in the first place. This happens more with the performance analysis tool than anything else but its just something that I cant help but find frustrating. anymore

Pristacorp.com is a company that provides hospital risk quality performance improvement software to help businesses improve their environment for customer service. The software is designed to help businesses of all sizes improve their environment for customer service. However the company has had negative experiences with many of its users.One user reported that the company was unable to update their software and that now even full version users have problems. Another user said that since Pristacorp.com was such a large company they had always been able to answer any questions customers had. However since Pristacorp.com has started taking a lot of heat from users for their large size they have stopped responding to emails and will not be selling any future products.1This user review is so negative because it seems like the company is bad at customer service and has done nothing to fix the problems it has had in the past.
