"I Absolutely Hated My Experience At Company Pro Motion"
PTG, Review Specifics:
I absolutely hated my experience at Company Pro Motion America. The customer service was terrible and they were extremely slow in getting my product to me. I had to send a package back and exchange it for a different one. Im very disappointed in them and would not recommend them to anyone.

I just received my Pro-Motion American customer service phone number and screened a movie on our computer. I could see that it was going to be a few minutes long so I decided to start the movie. Once it started they told me that because of their software it was going to be shorter than what I had planned. They make you sign a contract where you promise not to change or modify your review except as part of the business purpose which is Home theater. I will never use this company again - ps pro-motionamerica.com
