I am writing this letter after terminating my subscription to ProActive Solutions my online accountants and accounting services. My original account was with ProActive Solutions from the state of Ohio. The service has been terrible. From the time I signed up until the time I finished the contract proactivity solutions have never getting close to what it cost me. Now I have been data cleaned prepared forfaxing and even an offer sent off for a meeting with a potential customer in less than 2 minutes. In only one week my life has been changed through out out of control expenses and now I need to find another accountantThe company is not serious about their services or their promise of better service. It iss clear that they do not care about their customers or the quality of their services. For all we know these people could be trying to scam you- they sure as hell dont seem to be doing any wrong.User Reviews
