Ive had a negative experience with Pro AV System Integrators. The company is in the business of Pro AV System Integrators but they dont do anything to help their customers. Instead they try to take advantage of their customers and make them pay for services that they dont need. My experience was terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The proavsi.com website is terrible. Its extremely difficult to navigate and the customer service is nonexistent. Ive had to call multiple times to get my questions answered and each time the response was either unhelpful or just plain uninterested in helping me. The only thing good about this company is that they offer a free 100 credit for new customers.

I have had 2 different AV systems and proavsi.com is the worst company I have ever worked with. From the beginning there was customer service issues and then there were problems with my new AV system. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just got my only pro AV system and it is excellent - would be 5 stars if I could. However I was able to get same or better quality using other systems they offer. For example my wifes computer has a different noise level than most of the peoples systems do. I dont know what it is that makes company proavsi.com such a success but it is.
