".I Just Got A Refund From"

.I just got a refund from procensis.com because I was not able to fix my computer. They are supposed to be a customer service type of place but it was just an afterthought that they made me return my product. Instead of being helpful and supporting me they started with and said Were sorry we dont offer customer service. Then they gave me a full refund. Its been almost a week since my return was back at their fingers so Ill see them this weekend. Im giving them two days off work because Im going to be away from my job for the weekend.This company is terrible at customer service and always offers no help when you need it. Their products do not even work well enough to be used in the real world let alone how to save money on your car insurance.
