I have had the opportunity to use many of the services and features of Workwell Technologies before they were even called Interceptor. This particular service was difficult to understand and required more help than there was on the menu. The end result was unhappy workers and poor customer service.

I have had the pleasure of working with company processing point.com for the past year and a half. I have never had such terrible customer service. Every day is a new experience of being differable. I have to call them up and ask them what is going on and they always dont have the time or knowledge to help me out. Then I have to go through their system in order to get my money back. And then there are times when they wont let me leave until Ive paid which is really frustrating because I wanted to pay before tomorrow. Overall I would not recommend this service to anyone.
