I have never had such terrible customer service from a business. The woman who answered the phone was so rude and unhelpful. I told her that I needed to speak with someone about my order and she said well Ill see if I can find someone to take your call. After 10 minutes of trying to get through she finally transferred me to a male staffer who was even more unhelpful. He couldnt seem to understand what I wanted or why I was asking for help. In the end he gave me an estimate for 200 for nothing and said that it would be another week before my order arrives. Do not bother buying anything from this company

Im not sure what the company is called but I think its called Procreations Development Group. Theyve been doing web and mobile development work for a while now. The work is really good but the customer service is terrible. Every time Ive had a question or needed help with something they say theyre sorry but they never get to the bottom of things. And then when I call back later asking for another opinion they say they dont have any information on the matter - which usually results in me spending an evening there waiting for them to call back. In addition to the customer service being bad the work itself is really great - just not at this price point.
