This Site Is A disasterI have been using this site for years and have never had any problems. But now it is a disaster. The support system is terrible the customer service is terrible and the website is terrible. I have contacted them multiple times and they are only going to do so much before they just disappear. IEMs are actually not that bad when you compare it to what you experienced before.

I just opened up company profitoptics.com and I was extremely excited to find this type of quality optical literature. However I have to say that I was wrong about some of the things. The glasses are incredibly cheap and make you look pretty much any way you want without knowing anything about optics. The site is also very easy to use and get information on both online and in-person settings. But there are a few issues with that. One being that the website doesnt have all the latest updates which make it difficult to keep up with changes. Another issue is that the user interface is not very clear when youre trying to read something over the phone or in an e-mail. Overall I would give company profitoptics.com a points for being high quality but I would like it to include more information on the site such as what types of optics they are selling how long it takes to get products delivered to your door step etc.The
