We partnered with Prometheus Financial Solutions because they have the expertise and technology to help us get the most out of our data information systems and business processes. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with this company. The first thing we noticed was that their website was very outdated and did not reflect the current technologies used by their customers. Secondly their customer service was absolutely terrible. They would not answer any of our questions or provide any help whatsoever. We even reached out to them through email but no response came back. Finally their pricing is ridiculously high for what you receive. Overall we would not recommend this company to anyone

We have a solution for anyone and everyone. If you are not satisfied with our service we want to help you get it fixedPrometheusFS is not good at all. I had them do a Western Union account and they were absolute garbage - please look elsewhere for a quality provider. Shelled out 2000 on this one and then had to replace the entire drive because of their garbage service.I boughtPrometheusFS to be a reliable platform and they are only going to provide me with excellent services after I pay my bill off. Its no wonder the company is sale gone now they just cant seem to keep anything organized or clean. This has made me very uncomfortable and I would not recommend them to others who may need their help.

Save your money and dont go there.PrometheusFS is not a good company or service. I never received my order and when I tried to change the tracking information they said they didnt have my order yet so they couldnt do it for me. I changed the tracking information but still didnt receive my order. Save your money and dont go there.
