I have never used this company before but it seems like their services are terrible. I was told that I needed to send them my old computer because they would not be able to help me with a new one and when I asked where the old computer was they said well you cant really find it anywhere. Additionally when I asked about a refund for something that had already been paid for they said well we dont do refunds unfortunately. So overall if youre looking for digital IT solutions or services avoid Pronix Inc.-Digital IT Solutions and Services.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FAKE AND DO NOT EXIST. I RECEIVED MY ORDER OF Pronix INC-DIGITAL IT SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES AND WAS ABLE TO VERIFY THE SITE IS REAL BY LOOKING AT THEIR CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY. AFTER TWO WEEKS THE PRODUCT NEVER arrived SO I CONTACTED THE COMPANY AGAIN. THEIR RESPONSE WAS THAT THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY ORDER AS THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHO PRONIX INC-DIGITAL IT SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES WAS. I CAN TELL YOU FROM MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM THAT IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A MISTAKE DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have had great experience using this company and would highly recommend them. Their customer service is topnotch too. However I had a bad experience that I cant seem to get over. Ever since then Ive been trying to find a way to fix the mistake. I think they may be mistakes with into how theyre compiled and updated their reviews are very short slow-paced and often unsolicited. Overall I think its worth noting that they make an effort to update their reviews frequently but there nevertheless remains a large number of them every month.
