The company has been in business for over fifteen years and until recently had a staff of approximately fifty-six people. However the company is now facing serious financial difficulties which are having a significant impact on their ability to continue providing quality services.I have used Prophasys for several years now and have always been impressed with the level of detail and attention to customer service that they provide. However this year I found out that they are no longer being able to keep up with their own expenses and are now forced to rely on outside funding in order to stay afloat. In addition their customer service is often not very responsive or helpful when it comes time to resolve issues. Overall I would not recommend Prophasys as a reliable source of technology consulting services.

We provide 247 support for our customers through our team of experienced consultants. Our company is dedicated to providing the best possible service to our clients and we take pride in meeting or surpassing their expectations. However we recently found out that one of our clients was using prophasys services without our knowledge or consent. We would like to caution all potential customers against using prophasys services until we can confirm that they are fully compliant with our terms and conditions.We were very disappointed when we discovered that one of our commercial customers was not following proper business practices by not informing us about changes made to their system and not obtaining permission from us first. This caused significant delays in getting work done on their project and ultimately resulted in a higher cost than expected. We will be taking steps to ensure this does not happen again in the future and that any new or existing customers are properly briefed on how prophasys services work before beginning any project.

Their customer service was terrible. I never received my order and they would not refund my money even though it was sent through the mail.

Im so disappointed with company prophasys.com. After years of Use The Sites Andpageviewer stopped working. I had to contact support 3 times within the first 10 minutes of use and was told that there is a technical problem with my computer. I have had to deal withleyed this kind of problem before But somehow it never happened to me again even though I used the site daily. Ive tried every step of the repair process multiple times and its just not starting up correctly. It seems like they might not be too sure how to market this company to new customers. Overall Im sorry that I spent my money on this company and now its all over for me.
