I have had two different companies that I used to call for my data collection needs and ProStar Data Collection is the worst of all. The first company never got me a single map from ProStar Data Collection. They always gave me wrong information which caused me to lose track of where I was and what happened. In addition the customer service was terrible. They would not listen to me or give me a solution. The second company was much better. They also kept me updated on my data as well as providing a solution. Overall I highly recommend ProStar Data Collections for data collection solutions.

"I Have Had Two Negative Experiences With This Company. The"

I have had two negative experiences with this company. The first was when they refused to take mycus from a map I created because the map showed an wrong location. The second was when the phone number did not work and I sent an email to them asking for help. They did not respond to me and I put the phone number in an online form and got a message that the line was busy. I Put the form in right before our important meeting and it was going to be another long day. Unfortunately the week before our meeting they were going to other businesses instead of working with us like they said they would. We were going to have to wait until after our meeting for their response. We asked them to work with us as a team and we would have beenortunate for only one call back at best.
