I would not recommend protechnical.com to anyone. They are a horrible company that does not know what theyre doing when it comes to IT support. I had to call them multiple times because my computer was freezing and they could not seem to fix it. If you want someone who is just going to try and sell you something then protechnical is the company for you

The company ProTechnical provides IT Support managed IT services in Reno Portland and all of Oregon. The service is supposed to be reliable and affordable. However the customer service experience has been negative from beginning to end. The staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. They do not seem to understand what theyre doing when it comes to providing support for their customers systems. Additionally the prices are very high compared to other providers in the area. Overall this provider does not deserve your business.

I am currently a full-time user of protechnical.com and have had great experiences from the time I started as much as now. However I would like to provide a bad experience that I had recently. First my account was charged several times and then after about 2 months off and it still wasnt finished they took care of it with an new account. However the process of getting your Hold on your account is very frustrating because you are told that it takes time and it will only take a short while for them to get this taken care of. Overall I would not recommend this website to anyone.
