I would not Recommend Protek Support to anyone. The guy whoanswered my support ticket was extremely unhelpful and unyielding in his approach. He also seemed very busy and didnt have time to help me with my issue. Furthermore the support site is incredibly outdated - I had to search for a specific answer to a question I was asking about months ago.

I never received my order and it was sent to the wrong address. I contacted their customer service and they told me that I had to call them back because they were closed for lunch. I called back and spoke with a girl who said that she would have to speak with her manager about getting my order transferred because their office was closed for lunch. She told me that I would have to wait until after lunch if I wanted my order transferred. After waiting an hour I finally got someone on the line who told me that my order never arrived and she could not help me get it transfered. Overall this company is terrible

I noticed that the website was online for only a few minutes and when I clicked on the link to their contact form I was taken to a page with this messageWere sorry your request has been refused due to such as this Your account has been locked by our support team.I followed the instructions provided and when I opened the sites saw that my account had been locked I knew it was too good to be true. After reading through all the reviews and trying to find someone who had actually gone ahead and bought something from proteksupport.com I found nothing there that looked like what was being described.
