I just got my first job and it was a great opportunity to get experience and learn from the best. I then moved out into the field and got involved in various teams as necessary. I am now responsible for all IT support for a large business. This has been a great opportunity to get his or her feet up and to learn new things about customer service and how to help people who are looking for help. However protelligent.net offers too much The site is easy to navigate and you can find what youre looking for at the bottom of the page. The help videos are poorly made and taste of sugar so do not even know where to start. Its like they want you to give up on the site before even starting or making any suggestions. Do not recommend this service to anyone.

I just entered into my first bad review. I am not sure what the problem is but I think it might be something about the product. For years now protellient.net has been level the playing field players by providing high-quality IT support services at a fair price. But recently their Reviews have gotten better and they have seemed to care about their users. However Im not sure if its because of that or if there actual problems with the site are still existent. If it is please let me know so I can fix the problems before anyone else can benefit from my work.Its not like the site is really doing anything wrong but maybe something in between those two points

I just got my account and was excited to start using this company. Unfortunately Im not happy yet. The level of support is spotty at best. Some incidents have been happened in the past and there hasnt been much change since then except for the new articles that have been published. But its still some older ones that are being released now and then. Ive had to search for information a couple times because of these newer articles and its still not long enough wait time. Sometimes it is like theyre trying to push something else down my throat when I ask about their service. Its frustrating because I wanted to try the company first I would give company protelligent.net a D instead of a D.
