proteloinc.com is a company that provides software support and accessories to its customers for theoin of their products are not up to par. The customer has had problems with some of the products they sell and were not able to solve the problems until they got a hold of the company. When staff was asked about their quality control methods they said that they do not bothered checking because it is all about selling product and keeping customers happy. Eventually the customer got somebody to come back and try to fix the problem and then submits a review which she feels is necessary as she believes that 5-Star NetSuite should be quality control excellence.

I just opened this account at proteloinc.com and let me tell you this company is absolutely terrible. They have the most terrible customer service I have ever heard of. I had to call them up on two different occasions to ask for help and it always felt like the person on the other end was trying to be helpful but really only wanted anything to do with their business. The last time I called they were out of town and didnt have any time for me. I even sent an email asking for someone to take care of it since I had no choice but to contact proteloinc.com. NOPE NOPE NOPE. The first time the person on the other end said they would try to get back in touch that day and never happened again. So if you are looking for a 5-Star NetSuite Partner organization look elsewhere else..Im sorry to hear that youve had some issue with your proteloinc.com
