I have never had such terrible customer service. The lady who answered the phone was so rude and unprofessional. I asked her how long it would take for my order to come and she said well let me see its been two days now when in reality it has only been a matter of hours. If youre looking for a company that will do their best to rush your order then this is definitely not the place for you.

I was very disappointed with company provisiogroup.com. I ordered a part for my ATT home phone and when it arrived the part was not even close to what I expected. The quality of the product was also very poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a service that my ATT line says is not available because the work on my building has already started. The customer service rep said that the only way to get the service would be to have their front desk call me and come down and do it themselves. I refused to do this as it would require me to leave my office - which I am not comfortable doing. So they called me back and said they could take care of it for me if I would just come down and let them know when I am available so they can start working on my building. In addition despite being told multiple times that there was no such line as ATT Underconstruction they still managed to send an email out advertising the fact that the service is now available Needless to say I will not be using this company again - especially since their prices are much higher than those of competitors.

I just placed a buy order for a cryptosystem that is being used by company provisiogroup.com. I was recipient of customer service call last night fromardalic. compliance officer and she said this is not an issue as under construction and will be fixed soon. I placed the order at 6pm today and was received an email at 8pm tonight saying the order has been completed and will ship on Monday. There is no way that this can be done because under construction will never will be fixed This isardy conduct from company provisiogroup.com.This users review has no rating no reviews and no comments.
