I am not sure why the company offers a free trial but they always offer it to me regardless. I have had to call them up multiple times because of this problem. The customer service is terrible and never seems to be very happy with their work. They are always quick to give you a bad review just for being an individual who has made something wrong known to them before. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY
