I have had great experiences with proximous.com in the past. So I decided to give their business a try. Unfortunately I was disappointed. I could not get my name or address out of their system until it was very late at night and there was no response from the customer service department. I am not going to go through the entire system again but after a total of 10 minutes and 5 worth of coins I reached the point where I could not return or upgrade my account. If you want to use your information or want to be taken seriously as an intelligence platform provider this is not the solution for you.

I have had multiple experiences with proximous.com and am writing this today as I have been here before. Make sure that you have a better understanding of what you are doing when using their services before continuing.My first experience with proximous was great she was very customer service based and knew how to handle any issues I had. She went above and beyond to help me get the information I needed to resolve a issue with my website. The website now runs much smoother and is more up-to-date than it did when we started out. If youre looking for an company that will do something like this then dont look anywhere else they are worth their weight in gold.The second experience was not as good. This time around I got a quote for some business intelligence solutions that were completely different from what I wanted. The person that she worked with was great though she explained everything clearly and completely without making it too complicated. However
