Do not use this company. Terrible customer service and absolutely no knowledge of what theyre doing. They advertised that they could help with repairs but all they did was send you pictures of some other repair they had done and told you to go ahead and do it yourself because the company couldnt do anything else. Do not bother using them at all.

Proxios is a terrible company. I have had nothing but problems with them throughout my experience with them. The customer service is unprofessional and they never seem to be able to figure out how to solve problems. For example they last minute plan to take care of my broken window didnt go well. They are always very late for appointments and there is no follow up contact after services are rendered. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
