I was a result of customer service a hole in my head I do not know how to use my PS3 and had to spring for the extra gear. The best way to describe it is I was living in a time machine and needed a place to rest my head. ps3g.com did not work out and I have been dealing with this problem for months now. The best thing about ps3g.com They are all about your business and really get into it. If you want great customer service then this is the site for you. However there are better companies out there that just want to take your money and move on.I would not recommend this company to anyone
