PC makes it hard for you to find anyone to helpI used PSIPC for IT support and managed services in Pittsburgh and I was extremely disappointed with the service. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I called multiple times and each time someone told me they were too busy or that they couldnt help me because there were already too many customers. In the end I got exactly what I wanted from PSIPC but the experience was so frustrating that I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Instead they kept putting me off and making it seem like their solution was the only one that would work. In the end I had to take my computer back because of the problems it was having and I didnt even get what I expected from PSIPC.

PC is terrible.Do not go to PSIPC Theyre the worst company Ive ever dealt with. First of all they dont even have an Expert IT Support line-up which is a huge oversight since their services are supposed to be tailored specifically to your needs. Second of all the service quality is absolutely terrible. Ive had multiple issues with them and every time its been top-notch customer service has come through for me - but then again thats not what youd expect from a company that does nothing except sell snake oil. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs

has been terrible.psipc.com has been terrible for Expert IT Support and Managed Services. I have had enough of this business for years now. I have quality people but PSI is just not good enough. We are forced to use other services to support our activities such as phone number change 100 worth ofilan met up with a new customer today but never received payment until after the meeting. This company does not work with other services to support their activities either- they always send us a email asking when our service will be back only to receive a response that it has already been sent. The phone number changed so I made an online request for them to send me a billstatement but never received anything. Do not recommend this business at all.
