The second time was even worse - they were very incompetent in their work and did not seem to care about their customers. They offer no guarantee that what you use their software for will work and often times years later your software may not even have been used as much as it was supposed to. Pssolutions.net is a terrible company. I have been using their products for a year now and I have to say that they have not failed me yet. However the customer service is horrible. You can never get help from them even with hello good morning and best of all - bad day They are always up to their old tricks - something or other trying to stop us from doing our job. But oh well I guess we will just need to use other means to complete our tasks...

Ive had to call them multiple times to get help with items Im not sure are possible to find or have too many ppcs. The best way to deal with this company is to simply buy what they have and be done with it.
