"I Have Never Had Such Terrible"

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life I ordered a PTG unit and it arrived two days after I placed the order. When I called to follow up on the order they said that they could not process my order because my bank account was closed. They told me that I would have to wait until my account was open again before they would process it. Needless to say this has led to me being very angry with this company.

I was extremely disappointed with the company ptgamerica.com. I ordered a home PTG service and was very excited to receive it. However after receiving the order I realized that there were major problems with the product. First of all there were several mistakes in the design of the product- for example one of the panels was not properly cut and did not fit into the rest of the unit correctly. Additionally many other parts of the product were missing or had incorrect pieces included which made installation much more difficult and time consuming than expected. The customer service rep who I spoke to was also incredibly unhelpful and refused to take any responsibility for these problems. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

However I have never heard anything but good things about PtgAmerica.com.I just went to Company Ptgamerica.com and found a negative review The user has every reason to be angry after finding out that the company is simply a rip-off Artist America represents because they want you to spend your money on something else. He or she goes into great detail where they promise refunds etc. but there are no details of what something else they want me to do. So much for free shipping and free returns...
