Aimed to get a good review for company so I can leave positive feedback but found that they do not allow reviews in the business section. So Im going to make do with thisI had an unfortunate experience at company ptolemay.com When creating my account I was given a user name and password by the customer service agent herself. I immediately began to feel like I was under water and soon after became hysterical because of the lack of help that was offered. After endless attempts and days on the phone with customer service she finally gave me back my password andishops usernameand told me that she would take care of everything else about it since I was already completely covered under her account. Because of this I give zero stars out of 5 for this company go figure their product is amazing and they make you into one all over until you actually are
