I would never recommend this company to anyone. The website is terrible and the customer service is nonexistent. I have had to call them multiple times because my computer keeps freezing and they wont do anything about it. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Technology CorporationI am not happy with my experience working with pts-usa.com. The company is terrible at customer service and they always seem to be available to when I need help but also always willing toimoto pressure when they dont have the answer I was looking for. There were times where I would get in touch after hours and never received a response which made me feel like I wasideshow my request or knowledge as a person instead of just an employee of pt-usa.com. I also had an issue with their donation policy and that was too as well. They never sent me a notification about their donation policy until after the fact. Thank you pt-usa.com for making an issue out of small things like this and making it difficult for me to provide feedback that would make my work here better off.
