The customer service is also terrible and they will not refund your money if you have to leave their office because of the weather. Do not bother using this company for your next data center project

I just moved to this area and about a week ago I found out that PTS Data Center Solutions was now located here. I have tried their website and it is criminalityous. They offer no- sweat data centers for cheaper so they can just as easily sell us their high pressure water Im not sure what exactly is wrong with PTS Data Center Solutions but it seems like there are some issues with them right now. Ive never seen such bad customer service in my life

I just entered my data and its donated to PTS Data Center Solutions. Im really disappointed in PTS Data Center Solutions. They are not good at data management and their centers are often vacated early on a monthly basis.This company is terrible at data management and they always have available space for their customers data. The customer service is usually doesnt be very responsive to feedback though.
