I did not provide enough information about my business to provide a quality review but I wanted to let you know that I have had some negative experiences with PTX Tech. First of all the customer service is terrible. They are always trying to sell me more services and they do not seem to care about their customers. Secondly the data that they offer is extremely outdated and it takes a very long time to get my taxes done. Overall I would not recommend this company if you want your property tax done quickly or if you are looking for excellent customer service.

This company is terrible. They do not seem to have a clue about what theyre doing and the results of their work are often poor. My property taxes went up by 50 and I still dont know how my data was digitized or what changed since I last checked it. Do not use this company

CollectorI was this companys customer service links before and it was a terrible experience. I have to say that their customer service is about the worst Ive ever had. They were always slow to listen refused to change our passwords and did not help at all..The customer service here seems to be very poor too - no one has any time for users who report bad behavior
