I was this companys customer service agent before. They are now and they are terrible. I had an issue with my computer and they came to get it and couldnt tell me what the problem was. I had to force them to talk to me and they were very unhelpful. The service was washed out for me and I had to go see a LAMP guy in town to get some help. He didnt have any luck either. Finally he took care of the issue himself and it worked perfectly fine. Dont bother with company pulseone.com - Theyre terrible instead.

This company is a scam. They offer good man services but SCAMS. I have had to report them twice now and its not overjoying me. both times were different users who had a good time with this company. now here is the second example2 weeks agoThis company was amazing for my business But since then they have turned into a scammy company. They offer great man services but are actually Cheating Customers and Preexisting Businesses 1 week agoI never received my order from company pulseone. I had an issue with my subscription and they were just as bad after that. I reported them to their customer service and they did nothing about it other than make a new account and not respond to my issues
