This company is the worst. They are not reliable at all. I have had to go through their customer service multiple times and they are always unhelpful. The live chat option is unusable because they will not let you use it if you do not have an account with them. Overall this company is a waste of time and money.

I just started using company purplecloud. I was given a care package with my make-or-non-matching shirt and clothes. I was really disappointed when I found out my shirt was from a other store and my clothes were from here. I thought I would never get my shirt back or maybe the clothes too. But it seems like they just keep taking everything Ive done so far and moving it around. Terrible customer service at best

purplecloud.com is a terrible customer service line. I have had to call them multiple times to get my order fulfilled and they are never willing to help. Ive even sent an email asking for help but its always response is We dont know how to help you. They do not give a fuck about their customers and all they want is money.
