is a scamI am so sorry to say that I have had the misfortune of using this company as their IT Support services for my business. The first time they billed me for several services that I never received and then when I asked about it they told me that I needed to contact them because their contract with my previous provider had expired. Needless to say this was not the case and after speaking with multiple customer service representatives from different companies I realized that the Purple Guys is nothing more than a scam. Do not be fooled by their polite exterior- these guys are not interested in helping you or offering anything good in return for your money.

I had to go through multiple requests for help because they could not find my computer or give me an accurate estimate of how much it would cost to get my system up and running again. In addition their support was slow unhelpful and generally didnt do a great job. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

One of their products is their services which allow businesses to work with computers and devices in a more advanced technology world. However they have had negative reviews on some occasions where they have not met all their expectations. The Purple Guys started out well known for his innovative ideas and services in the IT field. However over time these have led to him providing bad customer service on many occassions. He has also been known to be quick to give up projects he isnt sure about projects and be very pushy without fulfilling tasks or requirements. himself can be quite unprofessionalistic at times. Overall he has put into practice how to provide bad customer service which has resulted in many business trips being taken back up again never happening again business as usual

I just would like to say that I was very disappointed with my previous IT support services from company purpleguys.com. They were always very quick to offer help but also never did anything for me to make the problem go away. Now though I hope they are because this company is completely different. The guy who helped me before was always quick to offer help but never took any initiative to make the problem go away. Now though I hope he is because this company is completely different. There are no customer service standards or anything - its just him taking care of you and not helping you solve the problem. Just a spinning wheel of possibility that you might get a message about needing a new account or something.
