I recently had the misfortune of working with Pvaglobal.com a company that is not only in the business of selling prepaid VISA cards but also provides horrible customer service. I began my dealings with this organization by submitting an order for a VISA card on their website. After providing my credit and social security information they asked me to provide additional information such as my age sex address and other personal data. They then sent me an email asking me to verify my payment method and confirm that I am over the age of 18. When I did not respond to their email within 24 hours they sent me another email asking me to contact them if I had any questions about their product or if I needed help with anything else. When I called them back the next day they were very rude and said that because I didnt respond within 24 hours they would have no choice but to cancel my order and refund my money. Needless to say this experience was extremely frustrating

I have had two different credit cards with Pvaglobal.com. I never received a thank you email for my account when I need to be charged back on some of the purchases that were made. Thank you for your responsibility in making sure that my transactions are done securely and efficiently.The company makes no effort to be responsible and does not take any steps to protect users from being charged back. They just send a thank you email when everything is done and everything is cool in the world. Unfortunately this person has had two negative experiences with them lately.

I just got wit this company and was absoluteionly disappointed. I have never seen anything good about them until I met with their CEO. He was a mess and he seemed to not really know what he is doing. The rest of his team was also pretty much unknowns to me. They didnt seem to be able to do anything other than sell productsservice. I will never use this company again and would recommend anyone who doesnt want to experience the same thing to do so too.
