I am sure that this user is a professional in the industry and has been using this company for years to provide quality assurance in his or her businesses. However I want to give them a hard time for their customer service skills. I have had to call outammership multiple times to get them to action on my issues with their software. The last time it was 1200pm and they still didnt get my issue resolved. They would not listen to me and my problem until 900pm. Then they tried to solve the issue at night while I was still trying to figure out how to get it fixed in the morning. Other than that this company is reliable and good at providing quality assurance in industrial production.

Im very negative about this company and I would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment I met them up until the moment they left my computer there was never a good day or bad one. They take pride in their work and everything they offer is quality but at same time they are always looking for ways to make their work better and more efficient. So often we need help with things that go wrong with the product and these guys are right at the top of the list. Do not recommend this company to anyone.
