I just submitted a negative review on company q-pros.com because I was contacted by a customer service person who said I had to use their telephone number in order to receive service. Ionic and Applets are the only devices that need to be connected to the internet for testing but this is not the only time when this may occur. I have had to call company q-pros.com multiple times because my iPhone 7 Plus was not working right and they would not help me get it fixed for free like they should have done years ago.I am very disappointed with company q-pros.com and their customer service policy. They should be ashamed of themselves.Company Q-Pros is a software testing service consultancy company located in the United States of America and KSA. What a huge disappointment we were At company q-pros.com we are used to high standards and Tomek made sure that they were met. We were promised a free trial and then some other things which never happened. Thank you for your service but I would recommend against it.
