I have never had such poor experience with a company before - they really dont seem to understand what theyre doing. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I was this companys customer Advocate for a period of time . I found their customer service to be cold and unyielding. They will not listen to you or take your concerns into account. instead they want out quickly which is why I left in the summer of 2017. For all I know they may still be in business as usual today.

I have had two dealings with this company and am now no longer happy. First time they did a test on my computer that went wrong really cause for me to be unhappy because I was expecting it to work properly. Second time they were trying to cheat me out of a sale by using someone elses software as my own. Just not good enough business practice.
