The company qcamera.design is in the business of Qamera Digital Design Build Qamera.com which is a website where you can buy digital products. They sell a variety of products including cameras video cards software and more. Unfortunately their design and customer service are terrible. I had to contact them multiple times to get help with problems that hadnt been resolved yet and even after doing so they still didnt seem to be very interested in helping me out. In the end I just gave up and stopped using their services altogether.

I was really disappointed with my purchase of the camera. After it arrived I had to say thank you as it was something that I has never even needed. There is no user manual available online or in any physical store. I have since ordered one from Bose and am waiting for a reply.
