The first time I contacted them they said that I needed to contact their marketing department because their software wasnt being used by many people. The next time I tried to use it the website said it was too popular and couldnt be used. Finally after trying for weeks I finally got help from customer service and they said that my software wasnt being used at all because no one wanted to buy it What a rip-off
