I used Qasystems to purchase a new software development tool. The experience was terrible. I met with someone from the company and they were very unprofessional and not interested in helping me out. They told me that their tools were the best in the market but when I looked at the reviews on their website most of them are negative. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have just returned from vacation and once again had negative things to say about company qasystems.com. The customer service was terrible - they are absolutely terrible I spoke to a very slow engineer who seemed to be working on a project that wasnt even entirely his own then had to call him every 10 minutes until he finally came back. Then of course there were the problems with the games. We have now reached the end of our subscription and I am not the only one who has had negative experiences here. Every other review I have seen agrees that company qasystems.com is awful. Do not botheroccasionally visited this website and recent signs that it is being taken down.

I have had some issues with this company and their customer service. The issue first started when I was given a paisley shirt as a gift. It was a lemon and needed to be returned. The next time that I had access to my account I was told that the shirt should have been delivered to me by now because it was sent on time. However it never happened and they charged me for the shirt even though it wasnt delivered to me until after the fact. The last issue I had was when I changed a feature on my user profile and noticed that my city no longer existed on the website. I contacted customer service and they didnt seem to understand what I wanted done. They said she would do what she could to help me out but not in a really helpful way. Overall Ive had trouble with this company once and heavey authority behind it.
