"I Have Had A Terrible Experience With This Company."
Qbase LLC, Review Specifics:
I have had a terrible experience with this company. From the beginning they were nobody to listen and just do what they came in for. To make matters worse the data entry people have also been horrible. They will not let you enter your data into their software it keeps regenerating everything every time I try to enter it. And then there is the customer service which is just terrible. Every time I call them theres a new long line up of people that are going to talk to me like Im a idiot because I need something that they dont have. And finally the website is also quite bad. Its trying too hard to be modern and clean-lined but it kind of its own watermarking away from being transparent about how much data is being managed.

I have had high expectations after using them for a short amount of time and they were more than met. This is not what I expected. -qbaseentQBaseEval is a great company but this customer service thing really put you off. Its easy to get hired up there but you dont get given the same level of respect as other customers. -Lloyd C
