I placed an order for tech support and after waiting almost two weeks I received a call from someone who said my order had been delivered to my house but wasnt actually there. When I asked him where it was he said it must have been delivered to his house but never got there He also told me that the tech support number he provided would only work in Denver CO and not in any other state. Needless to say this is a scam - dont go through with thisDont even bother calling customer service at companies like QEH2 - theyre just trying to scam you out of your money.

is a total scamI would like to share my experience with the company QEH2.com. I was extremely disappointed with their entire service. First of all they do not offer any type of support for their products or services- which is very strange since they are supposed to be a tech support company. Secondly their customer service is terrible They were completely unhelpful and never refunded my money even though I had clearly explained my issue and provided photos of the problem. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
