I used this company for a document management system and it was terrible. The documents were always dirty the scans were never perfect and the customer service was absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do. The copiers just keep breaking and the document management software is really clunky and difficult to use. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I had a terrible experience with qls.com. The first time I used their service it was absolutely terrible. They did not seem to have any idea what they were doing and my document got messed up in the process. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone

I had a document that was scanned and needed repair. I found out that my machine had been fixed by another customer and they services were great but the service tech was wrong about how things should have been scanned. He thought the pages that I scan are all of the same thing.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I really did them a disservice. They are not as good anymore. They still put their customers first but they also must take care of work so that the customer can have their best interest in mind. More often than not customer service is just not worth the time and energy.

I have had two printers since move in and they are both just about every where different than the ones I had before. One costs 100 a month and starts to print non-existent another is 30month and starts to print when its cold outside still others start off small then get bigger and worse with each update. Overall Im very unhappy with this company and would not recommend them.
