Im not sure what the company qnatech.com is actually that they provides IT support for but I would not recommend them. They are always quick to start a conversation by discussing a problem with you without being confrontational. However on this particular instance they were quick to tell me that there is nothing wrong with my technology and to just be happy with what Im using. The customer service was great though

I have had the pleasure of working with this company before and I can say that they are all about their technology and their results. I have had to call them multiple times to change things back and forth because of different interpretations of what is needed. The software ismerely a interface for words but it really isnt what you use it for. I have also had to re-designate some users due to their interpretation of the interface. Overall I have had bad experiences with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.
